All orders take 7-10 days to be processed. After processing time is completed, shipping is 3-5 business days. Please order accordingly just in case there are any delays with the shipping carrier.
 
Items are ONLY shipped out Monday-Thrusday.

Yes, all orders in which these do not match will be canceled and refunded to the payment method on file.

No, all units are pre-order only.

At this time, only Nai Finessed socks are on hand and available for pickup as well as shipping.

Book your appointment using the 'Book with us" tab. On our booking site you'll book under the "Nai Finessed" package. If you wish to buy the wig now and install it at a later time, you can buy it on tilustailoredhair.com and book when you're ready.
