What is the processing and shipping time?

All orders take 7-10 days to be processed. After processing time is completed, shipping is 3-5 business days. Please order accordingly just in case there are any delays with the shipping carrier. Items are ONLY shipped out Monday-Thrusday.
Should my billing and shipping address match?

Yes, all orders in which these do not match will be canceled and refunded to the payment method on file.
Are the wigs 'on hand'?

No, all units are pre-order only.
What items on the site are 'on hand'?

At this time, only Nai Finessed socks are on hand and available for pickup as well as shipping.
How can I book an appointment with Nai Finessed?

Click the "BOOK" tab to scedule an appointment with our hairstylist.
If I would like to buy hair from your site then book you as the stylist to install the unit, how do I go about doing this?"

Book your appointment using the 'Book with us" tab. On our booking site you'll book under the "Nai Finessed" package. If you wish to buy the wig now and install it at a later time, you can buy it on tilustailoredhair.com and book when you're ready.
